  • Students are not permitted to perform clinical training or clinically-oriented research that may involve direct patient care.
  • Students must return to their home institutes after the completion of the scholarship.

  • Before applying, make sure there is an exchange collaboration between your institute and a Canadian institute.

Benefits

  • The value of the scholarship varies depending on the duration of study and degree level.
  • 10,200 CAD will be awarded to college bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD students. This amount will be for one term of study (4 months for research work).
  • 12,700 CAD is for graduate (master and PhD) students for a period of 5 to 6 months.

How To Apply

Deadline: 19th March, 2024

  • Institutions will nominate their students and submit the applications on behalf of the students.
  • They will log in or register their nominated students on the My EduCanada portal.
  • Applicants must submit qualitative and quantitative reports during the scholarship.
  • The scholarship cannot be postponed or renewed after completion.
  • Scholarship depends upon the availability of funds from the government of Canada.
  • The scholarship is not taxable.
  • After logging in, they will select the Study in Canada Scholarships Program and click “Apply.”
  • Ensure to enter complete data and follow all the instructions on the application form.
  • They must upload all the required documents. Each supporting document must be smaller than 5 MB and in .jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .docx, .doc, .txt or .xlsx format.
  • Review the application for accuracy and completeness.
  • Read and accept the conditions of the “Declaration and permission.” Click “Submit” to submit an application.
  • After successfully submitting the application, they will receive a confirmation message and reference number for submitted applications.
