Eligibility

Young graduates and fresher can apply.
Nationals of China are not eligible; only international students can apply.
Good English proficiency skills are required.
In addition, applicants must have excellent research skills.
Applicants should have a good academic record.
English language certificate is also required if you are not native or previous education was not in English (IELTS 6.0 or above, TOEFL 80 points or above).

How To Apply

Applicants must complete the online application on the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System and print it. While filling out the online form, use: Program Category, Type B; Agency No. of Shandong University, 10422.
Then Log in to SDU Online Application System for International Students, fill in the online application, and upload the required documents. Paper application documents sent by post are not required.
Applicants must apply in the above two application systems, or Shandong University will not accept your application.
Then pay the application fee of 400 RMB (the fee is non-refundable).
Students can submit the application in both English and Chinese language.
Carefully complete the application form before submitting it.
Applicants will receive an email after submitting the application form.
